A Wellness Retreat like no other…

Wellness is more than the occasional salad or yoga session – it’s an all-encompassing journey. It’s about the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and emotions. At our retreat, we understand that true health requires a holistic approach – one that looks at the bigger picture.

Our mental and emotional health is intricately linked with our physical well-being. An imbalance in one area can affect all others.

That’s why our retreat focuses on getting to the root of issues, balancing every aspect of your being.

What to expect on our Wellness Retreat

Whether you’re looking to address specific challenges or pursuing personal growth, our all-encompassing approach integrates evidence-based therapy, sleep assessments, nutrition, sound healing, motion release therapy, and nature-based mindfulness.

Here’s what you can expect:

Personalised programme
Before your arrival, we will carry out an in-depth mind-body assessment to create a bespoke programme tailored to your unique needs and goals.

One-on-one expert guidance
Each participant is paired with a psychological facilitator who will guide and support you throughout the weekend.

Multiple evidence-based therapies
Experience a diverse range of therapies and interventions like Schema Therapy, imagery work, chair work, and EMDR, alongside Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

Group activities and workshops
Participate in motion release (dance therapy), pilates, sound baths, nutrition workshops (led by expert dieticians and nutritional therapists), and sleep talks from our sleep expert and clinical neurologist. For those interested, a personalised sleep study is also available as an add-on.

Holistic approach
Whether it’s understanding the mind-body connection, working with emotions stored in the body, or deepening personal growth, our retreat offers a blend of physical and psychological exploration

Deep dive into your wellbeing

Our approach at the retreat is designed to go below the surface, guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself.

On the retreat, we will encourage you to explore your body – how you feel within it, the nature of your movement, and your overall physical wellbeing. We’ll talk about your sleep patterns, nutrition, and address any physical concerns you might have, like fitness or wellness goals. The aim? To identify personal goals for your stay and the next six months, keeping in line with what really matters to you.

Your emotional wellbeing is just as important. We’ll discuss your feelings about the retreat, recent emotional experiences, and daily stressors. It’s about recognising patterns in your behaviour and their impact on your wellbeing. We’ll align your core values with your goals, helping you pinpoint three key achievements for your time here and the months following. We’ll also think ahead about potential challenges and how to navigate them so that you leave the retreat feeling empowered and with a clear plan for sustainable, lasting change.

Feeling a bit nervous or shy at first is totally normal, especially when trying out new things or joining group activities. It happens to the best of us! That’s why we match you with a psychological facilitator for the duration of the retreat. They will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.

We encourage you to join the full retreat but understand if there are scheduling conflicts. If you have any timing concerns, please mention them to us in advance.

After the retreat, we will check-in with you and invite you to provide feedback on your experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue your wellness journey with our expert team at the clinic, focusing on achieving your medium or longer-term goals.
